Three Minutes Thesis (3MT) is an academic competition organised by The University of Queensland – IIT Delhi Academy of Research (UQIDAR) that challenges PhD students to describe their research within three minutes to a general audience. 3MT celebrates the discoveries made by research students and encourages their skill in communicating the importance of research to the broader community.
Ms. Kopal Mathur (Economics Ph.D. student under UQIDAR) won the runner-up prize in the 3MT 2021 competition for her research titled ’Talent Allocation in Indian Economy :Measurement and Policy Implications'
